Terms and Conditions

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR USE OF THE DOUBLE EAGLE BRASS’ WEBSITE:

Here are the Terms and Conditions for using the Double Eagle Brass website:

By using this website, you the user/consumer are consenting to abide by the Terms and Conditions.

If any part of these Terms and Conditions is found to be in error or unenforceable, the remaining portion of the Terms and Conditions shall remain in effect.

“IN STOCK” DEFINED:

Every effort is made to ensure that the available “In Stock” quantities shown on the website are always correct. In other words, if it says “In Stock”, it’s in stock and ready to ship. We are, however, only human and occasionally do make mistakes.

WEBSITE TERMS:

We accurately describe the items we sell, but errors do occur. Prices are subject to change at any time. Double Eagle Brass reserves the right to edit, change or clarify descriptions at any time to correct errors in product listings. Please be aware that items that are incorrectly listed and subsequently ordered may be cancelled at our discretion. In the event of a conflict in the description of an item we reserve the right to remove the conflicting information once notified. We make no warranty on the accuracy of a product listing when a conflict in the product information is present. Photos shown may not be of the actual item being shipped, and may show options not included in the item being sold. Photos are provided for general identification purposes only and may show optional or additional pieces for illustration purposes that are not included; please refer to the product description for details. Double Eagle Brass is not responsible for website performance in any particular browser or the inability for a user to use the website due to, but not limited to, internet connection issues, outages, coding issues, or compatibility.

PURCHASING/CANCELLATIONS/RETURNS:
PURCHASING PROTOCOL:

All payments are processed immediately upon placement of order. It is the responsibility of the customer to know and be in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws related to selling, transferring, possessing, transporting or using a firearm (or ammunition or anything else that we sell) in the locality in which the customer resides. Customers placing orders that do not comply with Double Eagle Brass’s firearm purchasing conditions will have their orders canceled and will be charged a 5% restocking fee. See also : “Firearm purchasing conditions” below.

BRASS PURCHASING:

By agreeing to the Terms and Conditions while purchasing brass (brass shell cases to be reloaded by the consumer), you are acknowledging that our brass is a mass-produced product, and in an effort to provide a quality product in a cost-effective manner, inspecting each individual case is not possible. We do our absolute best to ensure that each case is to SAAMI specs and is free from defects, but occasionally a case with a small dent or dents, discoloration or stainless steel pins stuck in the flash hole will be packaged and sold to you, the consumer.  You agree to inspect the cases before and during the reloading process, and agree not to reload cases that have defects. You agree to read, understand and implement the ideas and procedures from the document “Reloading with Double Eagle Brass”. Further, you agree to hold harmless Double Eagle Brass and its employees, vendors, etc. for any reason whatsoever.
